Thank you from all of us at Inked and the MusiCares Foundation for helping us provide health, financial, and rehabilitation resources to musicians in their time of need.

What was your first tattoo?

Well, unfortunately for my parents, I was born a rebel. :P When I was just 17 years old, attending an All-Girl Catholic high school... I was constantly looking for ways to SHOCK and "wow" authority. So I came up with a GENIUS way.. *sigh*... I decided to tattoo the word "B*tch" on my lower back. I considered it to be a feminist statement and a declaration of my unwavering pride. My father was the funniest when he first noticed my tat...He said "You should have gotten that on your forehead!"

Is it true that getting tattoos is addictive?

Tattoos are a wonderful art form. And our bodies are our canvases. Once you open Pandora's box, it's hard to stop for sure! You open your mind to so many ideas. You begin with one and then you begin to unwind your mind into an overall style you'd like on your body and pieces you'd like to add to it. Once you get that "itch" it's hard to scratch it just once!

If you were voted Inked Magazine's cover girl, what would you do with $25,000?

This past year has been incredibly hard for all of us. I myself have experienced hardships and have also had to endure watching those I love experience hardships as well. I'd love to put that money to good use by finally being able to get ahead of some financial setbacks I've had as well as help those I love as much as I can.
