Thank you from all of us at Inked and the MusiCares Foundation for helping us provide health, financial, and rehabilitation resources to musicians in their time of need.

What was your first tattoo?

My first tattoo was the last note that my sister wrote to me in my diary before she died, it says: “Dear diary, hey just thought I’d intervene to say a quick hi to my dear and most adored sister Jill, what’s up sis. I love you, you’re the greatest. Love Gret” she died 8 weeks later in a car accident. The note is on my left inner bicep, I wanted it there so I could read it often. It’s extremely important to me. She was my everything, my best friend, my entire sleeve is dedicated to her memory.

Is it true that getting tattoos is addictive?

Absolutely! I always have a new appointment on the books when I leave.

If you were voted Inked Magazine's cover girl, what would you do with $25,000?

I would put it into the production of my swim-line company, 811 swimwear. It’s my dream business and named after my sisters energy. Her pager code was 811, so it only seemed right to connect her energy to my business. My line will provide sexy suits for all women sizes S-3XL and partial proceeds of every swimsuit sold will go to the charity, women and children first. I know that my sister would be so proud of me and I cannot wait to be living my dream everyday while giving back. ♥️♥️♥️
