Thank you from all of us at Inked and the MusiCares Foundation for helping us provide health, financial, and rehabilitation resources to musicians in their time of need.

What was your first tattoo?

I got my first tattoo in a motorcycle shop in my hometown in Nova Scotia, I was 15 and for some reason decided I’d get a kiss mark on my hip. It’s since been covered - sorry Mum, if you’re reading this!

Is it true that getting tattoos is addictive?

Getting tattooed creates a whole other outlet for creativity, I knew since I was a child I wanted to have a few tattoos - but now that I’m in my late 20’s , it’s clear I won’t stop until I’m almost covered! Having a new piece of work freshly done comes with the joys of getting a glimpse every day of the beautiful art that was created for you.

If you were voted Inked Magazine's cover girl, what would you do with $25,000?

I would pay off some of my student debt, upgrade a few things in my barbershop and travel for more education within the barbering industry. I would also seek education within mental health to be able to help my clients, friends and family when they’re in need. Fingers crossed!
